I was operated for inguinal hernia yesterday. Dr. Pawan Gupta, Dr. Navin & Dr. Maninder are best at what they do. Dr. Pawan Gupta kept me calm throughout my surgery and during pre & post care as well. He talks in a very assuring way like an elder of the family. The staff is very attentive, friendly and caring. Each and every person in the staff kept coming in my room to check regularly & making sure I don’t feel any discomfort. Even Dr. Pawan Gupta, being the surgeon, kept checking on me in my room & took regular updates from the staff even though he was busy performing 3 more back to back surgeries of other patients after my surgery. Special mention to the cleaning staff as well, the room gets cleaned in every 2 hours to maintain the hygiene. The admin staff kept the insurance process & other formalities very smooth without causing even one second of trouble.
